These terms govern your use of cyrenes.io and the Cyrenes platform and mobile app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2.Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping sign-in credentials and PINs confidential, and for activity under your account.
Business administrators decide who can access their business and with which permissions.
3.Using the service
You agree to use Cyrenes lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.
4.Payments and payment providers
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and mobile-money networks, and may also be subject to their terms.
Processing fees, where they apply, are agreed with you separately.
5.Plans, trials and billing
Plans are priced per active user. Trial periods, plan details and billing terms are set out when you sign up or in your order with us.
6.Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Cyrenes. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided subject to the disclaimers and limitations that will be set out in the final version of these terms.
8.Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
9.Governing law and changes
The governing law and dispute terms will be confirmed in the final version. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
