Approvals
Approve or reject from wherever you are
Everything that needs your sign-off lands in one list: expenses, construction purchase orders, material requests, bulk payment collections and journal entries, or any other document that runs through an approval workflow. Open one to see the amount, who raised it and where it is in the chain.

Expenses & receipts
Snap it now, classify it later
Photograph a receipt or scan it as a document, and it is saved on the phone straight away, even with no signal. Classify it when you have a minute: category, amount, an optional note and whether it was paid in cash. Save & record sends it to the ERP as an expense.

With the Construction pack, site managers see the sites they run, mark the day and add workers from the phone. Everyone starts the day as Present, so you only mark the exceptions.

Questions, answered
How do I get the app?
Ask us for access to the Cyrenes merchant app through the contact page. It signs in with your existing Cyrenes account, so there is nothing new to set up.
Does it cost extra?
No separate app plan. It uses your Cyrenes account, and what you see depends on your business's modules and the roles you hold.
Can I pay suppliers or expenses from the app?
Not from the phone today. Payouts, bulk payment batches and paying expenses from the wallet happen in the web app, behind the same approvals. The app is for approving, capturing and checking.
Does the app read my SMS?
No. Receipts come from a photo or a document scan, and you classify them yourself.
Is it real-time?
The app refreshes every 30 seconds and whenever you pull down. Push notifications tell you when something needs you. The web app updates live.
What works without signal?
Capturing and classifying receipts, and marking site attendance. They wait on the phone and send when you are back online. Approvals need a connection.
What if I lose my phone?
The app opens only with your PIN, Face ID / Touch ID or password, and your business data lives in Cyrenes rather than on the phone. An admin can change your roles or remove your access from the web app.
